In the event a renewal has not been paid, your account will be automatically switched to our free Lite version from your existing account type.
All our payments and subscriptions are handled via Paypal and we never receive your card details. This means you have the reassurance that you have 100% control and can cancel your subscription via our website or via Paypal at any time.
You don't need to sign-up for a Paypal account if you choose one of the Yearly Pay-As-You-Go options in the account plans. When you click 'sign up' simply use the 'buy as a guest' link at the bottom of the first Paypal page. Other plans are subscription-based and therefore you need a Paypal account to allow you to manage your subscription.
No need to worry; we don't ask for long-term commitments. After signing-up for a monthly subscription, you are free to cancel via our website or Paypal at any time and on the renewal date the account will be downgraded to our free 'lite' version automatically.
Sorry, no partial refunds are given in the event you wish to cancel or downgrade your package during your current period. If you choose to cancel, your account will remain activated until your paid-up period is finished (after which it will be downgraded to our free 'lite' version automatically).
Warning: When cancelling via our website, please allow 5 working days for us to process your request. If there are less than 2 working days to your renewal date, we recommend that you cancel your subscription directly via your Paypal account to ensure that your cancellation is completed in time.
We aim to provide uninterrupted service, and have 24 x 7 external and internal monitoring to ensure quick response to any issues. However, we cannot guarantee a 100% up-time, as interruptions may be caused by factors beyond our control. If circumstances occur that are beyond our reasonable control, we will not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations in this Agreement because of those circumstances, and we will be excused from that failure for so long as those circumstances continue.
Wherever possible, we will provide advance warning on our website of any known or planned interruptions and will try to ensure any interruption is kept as brief as possible.
Neither party shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or data use. Bright Software Solutions' maximum liability for any damages whether in contract or tort will not exceed the fees which you have paid to us or are payable to us for services purchased, and if such damages result from your use of the software or technical support, the liability shall be limited to the fees paid or payable for the software or technical support.
We reserve all copyright and all intellectual property rights throughout the world to any information, idea, design, computer program, database, textual, graphical or other material comprised in the Service or otherwise developed by us or on our behalf. This material may not be reproduced or copied by any means whether electronically or not without our prior written permission.
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. The parties agree that the English Courts have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Agreement or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
We have regretfully decided to close eCommerceBrowser to all new customers. We have come to this decision because Facebook made a change so the tabs/apps can only be installed to Pages with more than 2000 likes, as of Mid-2018.
In addition to this Facebook has previously chosen to block tabs from being visible on their mobile site and at the same time launched their own e-commerce advertising, resulting in reduced conversion rates.
However, we have been told it still works well for a few pre-existing customers and at present we will try to continue to keep the site active whilst they find the system useful.
